7 Timeless Tips for Feeling On Top of the World

These tips are simple yet powerful and they do not

take a lot of time. Many can be easily incorporated

into your every day life with no extra time

commitment. I say hooray for that!

1) Breathe     Taking a few seconds to breathe deeply

and slowly several times a day will help you to

increase your energy and decrease your stress level.

It helps you connect with the inner stillness inside

allowing access to your inner wisdom.  So often in

the hustle and bustle ego takes over, by simply

focusing on your breath bring you bring yourself

back to consciousness.

2) Enjoy        Take stock of what's good in your life

and really take pleasure in the small things. Enjoying

what is there is a sure fire way to feel good and

attract more of the good stuff. Expressing gratitude

and appreciation  feels great and sets the stage

for additional opportunities to be grateful.

3.) Relax       Stress is known to cause a variety of

ailments and make you feel lousy. Find a way to

de-stress every day be it yoga, walking, reading,

meditation or swinging on a swing. Do what works

for you and makes you feel good.

4.) Align         Aligning your energy with what you

want to create. As we create our reality, what we

resonate with is what we manifest. Taking care to be

clear about your intention and focusing on what you

choose to create brings your dreams to reality with

ease and grace.

5.) Eat /Drink     Food is a necessity but also a

pleasure we all indulge in. Choose fresh fruits and

vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and stay away

from the processed stuff. Eating regular meals and

taking your time to taste, enjoy and digest what

you're fueling up on is a sure way to increase energy.

Keep yourself hydrated. Drink water, teas,

some 100% fruit juice and stay away from soda, and

sugary drinks. Your body needs to flush out toxins

and functions more efficiently when kept hydrated.

6.) Move        Some form of physical activity every

day will help keep your joints and muscles limber and

help with cardiovascular health as well. It also

improves mood and energy levels. Our bodies are

designed to move take pleasure in it, if a sweaty

workout isn't your thing choose something that is,

again the trick here is doing what you like to do.

7.) Express     Daily expression is foundational to a

conscious successful life. Choosing a way that

resonates with you be it writing, dancing, drawing,

making it your own is the key. By expressing

yourself you put things in perspective, reduce stress,

and connect with your inner wisdom. It only takes a

few minutes and the effects can be felt all day.

Taking the time to take good care of yourself and to

stop and smell the roses will keep you healthy and

happy. You deserve that gift to yourself. May you wake

up each day eager to take a bite out of life, just

because it tastes so good.

Hi {!firstname_fix},

Finally some sunshine and warm weather. It feels good to get outside and dig in the dirt, garden is about half done.

My kids are winding down with school and all of the activity combined with the launch of my new program has made for chaotic schedules.

This week's article gets back to basics, even in the midst of the chaos a strong foundation keeps me sane. If you're tired of the stress, chaos, and uncertainty the support of my new program may be just what the doctor ordered. Check it out here  New Baby

Be sure to check out the new teleseminar scheduled for  Monday June 2 here.
